As a Pink Peddler, I warrant that to the best of my knowledge that I am healthy and fit enough to participate in this event and that I do not suffer from any medical or health conditions that may prevent me from participating in this event.

Furthermore, I hereby indemnify and hold the BHF and any of its trustees, representatives or employees harmless from any and all claims, including medical claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, charges and expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, whether as direct or indirect result, of this event.
